Polish start-up FinQbit has been selected as one of the six best quantum computing start-ups worldwide by Canada’s Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) accelerator. Rzeczpospolita featured the company among 12 promising Polish technology firms to watch in 2026. The company was mentored by Nobel Prize laureate in Physics, John Martinis.

FinQbit develops quantum computing solutions for the financial sector, enabling banks, investment funds, and insurers to leverage quantum computational power without building specialized in-house teams. The company was founded by Tomasz Ćwik, a banking sector veteran involved in creating Blik, and Rafał Pracht, a software engineer and quantum algorithms specialist.
